SPM Active by Metagenics is a softgel supplement that eases everyday soreness and supports joint health. It delivers specialized pro-resolving mediators (SPMs) from omega-3 fish oil to support the body's natural inflammation resolution pathways and recovery after physical stress.

Specialized pro-resolving mediators: Concentrated nutrients from omega-3 fish oil.
Standardized concentrate: 1 g of Active Fractionated Marine Lipid Concentrate per serving, standardized to 18-HEPE, 17-HDHA and 14-HDHA.
Marine source: Fish oil from anchovy, sardine and mackerel.

How to use: Take two softgels once daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. A 60-softgel bottle lasts 30 days and a 120-softgel bottle lasts 60 days.
