Methyl CpG® by Ortho Molecular is a once-daily capsule providing five key nutrients to support methylation and healthy homocysteine levels. The formula combines folate as Quatrefolic® (100% 5-MTHF), vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, trimethylglycine (betaine), vitamin B2 and vitamin B6, and also supports cardiovascular health.

How to use: Take 1 capsule per day or as recommended by your health care professional. A 60-capsule bottle lasts about 60 days.
