Vitamin K2-D3 5000 by Xymogen is a once-daily capsule that pairs vitamin K2 and vitamin D3 to support bone health, cardiovascular health and healthy blood clotting. Each capsule provides 90 mcg of vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7 (MK-7) and 125 mcg (5000 IU) of vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol.

Bioavailable K2 and D3: Combines vitamin K2 (as MK-7) and vitamin D3 in bioavailable forms in a single capsule.
Bone protein support: Supports bone health by promoting carboxylation of bone proteins.
Cardiovascular function: Assists healthy cardiovascular function.

How to use: Take one capsule daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by your healthcare professional. A 60-capsule bottle lasts 60 days and a 120-capsule bottle lasts 120 days. Consult your healthcare professional before use, especially if you have low blood pressure, are taking blood-thinning agents or are within two weeks before or after surgery; do not take if you are pregnant or lactating.

Good to know: Formulated to exclude wheat, gluten, yeast, soy protein, dairy products, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, egg, sesame and ingredients derived from genetically modified organisms (GMOs).
