The Daily Essentials Pack combines three daily supplements to build a better baseline: MitoCORE and Vitamin K2 with D3 by Ortho Molecular Products, and Omega MonoPure by Xymogen. Together they supply mitochondrial micronutrients, omega-3 fish oil, vitamin K2 and vitamin D3 to support cellular energy, cardiovascular health and bone health.

MitoCORE for cellular energy: Key mitochondrial micronutrients with alpha lipoic acid, N-acetylcysteine and acetyl L-carnitine support cellular energy production.
Omega MonoPure fish oil: MaxSimil monoglyceride fish oil with a 3x greater EPA/DHA absorption rate than an equivalent dose of ethyl ester fish oil, to support cardiovascular health.
Vitamin K2 with D3: 45 mcg of MenaQ7 PRO (vitamin K2 as MK-7) and 5,000 IU of vitamin D3 per capsule promote bone health and proper calcium storage.

How to use: Take MitoCORE at 2 to 4 capsules per day and Vitamin K2 with D3 at 1 or more capsules per day, or as recommended by your health care professional. Take Omega MonoPure as directed on its label.
