Methyl B12 by Ortho Molecular is a once-daily tablet that pairs methylcobalamin (B12) with methylfolate to support energy levels and red blood cell production. Each tablet provides 5,000 mcg of methylcobalamin and 1,000 mcg of folate as Quatrefolic® (100% 5-MTHF), bioactive forms that also support cardiovascular health, homocysteine balance, cognitive health and mood.

Bioactive methylcobalamin: A high-concentration, fast-absorbing form of vitamin B12 at 5,000 mcg per tablet.
Methylfolate as Quatrefolic®: Folate supplied 100% as 5-MTHF, 1,000 mcg per tablet.
Cardiovascular and homocysteine support: Promotes cardiovascular health and homocysteine balance.
Nerve, cognitive and mood support: Supports nerve cell function, cognitive health, a positive mood and healthy sleep cycle regulation.

How to use: Take 1 tablet per day or as recommended by your health care professional. A 60-tablet bottle lasts about 60 days.
