L-Glutathione by Ortho Molecular is a capsule providing 250 mg of reduced L-glutathione, the master antioxidant in the body, to support healthy immune system function and the liver's natural detoxification processes. It uses Setria®, a tri-peptide form of glutathione, and helps neutralize free radicals.
