LMNT Electrolyte Salt by LMNT is a zero-sugar electrolyte drink mix that provides a meaningful dose of electrolytes without fillers or artificial ingredients. It supplies sodium, potassium and magnesium from sodium chloride, potassium chloride and magnesium malate.

  • Three electrolytes: Each stick pack provides 1,000 mg of sodium, 200 mg of potassium and 60 mg of magnesium.
  • Zero sugar, many flavors: A tasty drink mix with no sugar, offered in flavors such as Citrus, Orange, Raspberry and Watermelon, plus an unflavored Raw Salt.
  • Individual stick packs: Powder stick packs mixed with water; the standard box holds 30.

How to use: Mix one stick pack with water. Many people use 1-2 stick packs per day, depending on activity level.
